Bruce brings more than three decades of proven leadership, strategy and operational experience to his role. Throughout his career, Bruce has helped clients design new market strategies, deliver large-scale transformation programs and innovate to drive improved business performance.
Bruce joined Gainwell after a distinguished 30-plus-year career at Accenture, where he most recently served as the chief operating officer for the firm’s Federal Services business. Previously, Bruce was the group operating officer for Accenture Strategy globally. Before that, he held the same leadership position for the company’s Financial Services business. Additionally, Bruce served as the account lead for some of Accenture’s largest clients.
He is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
